Repophonic is in private preview for iPhone and Mac.

Private-preview testers can ask for help through the conversation in which they received their invitation. A public support email will be listed here before public access opens. This website does not collect support requests.

A book is still being prepared

Creation runs on our hosted service. It can continue while the app is closed. In the current preview, reopen the app to collect the completed audio. Pull down to refresh your library and check the creation status. An internet connection is required for this step.

Audio won’t play

Open the book and check whether its chapter audio has downloaded. Confirm your device’s volume and audio output, then retry with an internet connection. Once downloaded, audio can play offline.

Remove a download or delete a book

Open the book’s Now Playing screen and its management menu. Remove download frees this device’s saved audio while keeping the library entry, transcript and listening state. Permanently delete from library removes your copy and requires an acknowledgment and confirmation. It does not erase the shared catalog recording used by other listeners.

Report a story or playback problem

Include the repository URL, book title, chapter and approximate timestamp, your app version, and what you expected. Source links from the transcript help us locate a factual issue. Do not send secrets or private code.

Account deletion

Where an account is connected, open Profile → Account and choose account deletion. Review the confirmation before continuing. Deleting an account revokes its access and removes its hosted library associations. Local books remain until you remove them separately. See privacy and data handling for backup retention and the shared catalog.

Billing and availability

Purchases are not open. The $12.99 monthly membership is a launch draft. The private invitation preview has its own limited allowance, without a monthly subscription renewal. Public download links will appear on the home page when available.
